Pricing

Support is offered through monthly retainer engagements or ad hoc assistance. Pricing is transparent and engagements are flexible to suit individual requirements.

Ad hoc support - £45 per hour

One-off or short-term assistance, billed hourly. Suitable for occasional tasks or overflow support.

Engagements may be adjusted as needs evolve. An initial conversation is offered to understand requirements and confirm suitability.

Discretion and confidentiality are standard across all engagements.

    Includes scheduled catch-up calls

    For individuals requiring reliable assistance with diary management, correspondence, and routine administrative tasks.

  • 40 hours per month
    Includes scheduled catch-up calls

    For clients needing broader support, including travel planning, project coordination, and operational organisation.

  • Designed for clients who require deeper involvement and reliable monthly capacity. Includes up to approximately 60 hours per month, with work handled on a first-priority basis and structured, proactive support across both business and personal administration.

Engagement details

Payment is due on receipt of the invoice. Support beyond agreed monthly hours is billed at the standard hourly rate, with urgent same-day requests billed at an increased rate. Monthly hours are tracked and reset at the start of each month. Engagements begin with an initial six-month term to allow working routines to settle effectively, and continue month-to-month thereafter with notice. Confidentiality is standard across all engagements. Bespoke project packages can be arranged on request.
